Shipping & Delivery
Delivery charges for most items are calculated as a function of the total weight of your order. You can see shipping estimate from your cart by entering your delivery postcode. This may change as you add more items to your cart.Certain items of furniture incur a standard flat rate charge which is in addition to the shipping cost of any other items you are purchasing.
When will my order be delivered?
The product descriptions contain an estimate of how long each product will take to be delivered. Any references to days refer to working days. We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 days.  Delivery times after dispatch can vary but they are usually within 4-5 days.  We use Royal Mail for smaller parcels and a nationwide courier for larger parcels.Most of the small items in our catalogue are kept in stock and can be dispatched to you within 3-5 working days. Out of stock accessories should get to you within 28 days unless otherwise stated in the product description.Larger items of furniture may take up to 6 weeks to reach you, as specialist furniture movers are required.

Returns & Replacements
We have a 14 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you do not want to keep your items then return them to us in their original condition and we will refund the value of your goods. We recommend that you send these items with postal insurance as Hestian Fair Trade cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit.We cannot pay the return delivery costs for unwanted items. Collection of items by the courier may cost more than the original delivery price. To arrange the return of large furniture contact us and we will call you to arrange the pick up. We cannot accept returns for flat-packed furniture that has been constructed.
Delivery to International Destinations
At present we deliver to the UK and the Republic of Ireland.  We will be adding more international destinations gradually over the coming months and years..All furniture can only be delivered within mainland Britain. Delivery of furniture to Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland, Isle of Man or the channel islands may incur an additional shipping charge. We are unable to ship outside of the UK at the present time.
You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch of the goods. Please contact us and we will arrange the refund of your money. Please include your user name and order number with your message.
Damaged Goods
If your goods are damaged when you receive them please let us know as soon as possible. We will arrange the replacement of any faulty items or parts. We will also refund you any postage costs you incur for returning faulty items.
